Lalit Sharma, the founder of Li’l Miracles International Preschool, has a postgraduate degree in Marketing. After working closely with founder of Kangaroo Kids International Preschool, Ms. Lina Ahar, he noticed the requirement for quality instruction for children. His father’s support gave him the strength to begin this task of providing the quality education for the Li’l ones. He firmly believes that a solid base can be formed during the early years if the learning experience is exciting.

Ritu holds an academic degree in Psychology & Child Development. She has extensive experience of teaching, curriculum design and educational leadership. Ritu is passionate about creating and delivering relevant and meaningful educational experiences to develop life-long learners. She is equally committed to supporting the continuous growth and professional development of teachers so as to enable them to provide high quality education.

Ritu is also a parenting coach/expert and is running an Instagram handle as “tinygiantsandriitu” wherein she shares useful and relatable information on parenting tips and hacks.
