At Li’l Miracles International Preschool, we believe that a safe and nurturing environment starts with informed and emotionally aware educators. As part of our continued commitment to child protection and workplace safety, our team recently underwent a powerful and deeply meaningful training session on POSCO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act) and POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace).
A Session That Left a Mark
The training was conducted by our in-house expert, Ms. Anjuri Agarwal, who beautifully balanced legal knowledge, real-life context, and emotional intelligence. Through detailed insights, relatable discussions, and real examples, she helped every staff member understand the importance of:
- Recognizing signs of child abuse and unsafe behaviour
- Responding with sensitivity and responsibility
- Maintaining safe boundaries in a school environment
- Upholding dignity and respect in professional interactions
It wasn’t just a training — it was a wake-up call, a moment of deep reflection, and a step toward becoming stronger and more empathetic individuals.
Conversations That Moved Hearts
What made this session even more impactful was the one-on-one space created afterward. Almost every staff member opened up, shared experiences, and reflected with emotion — many with tears in their eyes, overwhelmed by how much they learned and felt.
These weren’t just discussions. They were healing conversations, moments of vulnerability and strength — showing that when we care for children, we must first care for ourselves and each other as a team.
Our Takeaway
This session wasn’t just about policies and protocols — it was about protecting trust, building emotional safety, and growing together as a team that stands for more than just teaching.
We are proud of every teacher and staff member who took this journey seriously, and we’re incredibly grateful to Ms. Anjuri Agarwal for leading it with such compassion and clarity.
At Li’l Miracles, we don’t just raise children — we raise standards, we raise awareness, and we raise safe spaces.
